A postgraduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mr. Shaji Thayil joined Swathy School as its Principal in April 2018. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of teaching and mentoring. His youthful and energetic personality brought in a new spirit of vigour to the organization. He believes that a school should look after both the curricular and extracurricular growth of its students. He utilizes all platforms for projecting and showcasing the various achievements of students and thereby has been instrumental in escalating the public image of the school.

Mr. Jayaprakash.N.T, joined the Swathy team as Administrator in April,2024. A graduate in Science, he also holds a postgraduate diploma in Management. He has more than three decades of rich cross functional experience in the automotive industry working with major brands in India and in Oman. During this period he has demonstrated, a keen bias for action and excellent collaboration skills to lead multifunctional efforts. Exposure to multicultural work places has helped him to hone his communication and relationship- management skills. He believes in bringing positive changes to the products as well as the business processes. He is committed to building a sustainable physical and organizational environment in Swathy that would facilitate the impartation of meaningful education to the youthful learners.

Mr. Narayanan started his stint in Swathy in 2013 as Administrator and continued in that position till April, 2024; presently he is serving the institution as Advisor-Finance. The wealth of experience he gathered from his long-term corporate career enabled him to bring in significant improvements in the areas of accounting and budgeting and also in the administrative practices and systems of Swathy. The institution continues to benefit from his exceptional financial wisdom and prudence.
